    This book has very little appeal to me but one line I found interesting was this:
    But Nation is impatient with history; he rushes through it in order to make his position more authoritative.
    You are going to think that all I read in Radner but a point I think he makes very well in his book is how little we ask if the church has every taught anything different than what we accept as the “traditional” argument. Nation would have been served to frame his case from history that way because I’ve never heard a response from others on that question.
